BB Music is a boutique, inclusive booking and management consultancy specialising in sustainable touring strategies for emerging artists. I work with artists who want to develop long-term, intentional live careers without burning out or compromising their values.
After touring full-time across Aotearoa New Zealand for two years, and consistently encountering a lack of gender-balanced and representative line-ups, I founded my own booking agency. That work was driven by a clear commitment to supporting under-represented artists and contributing to a more equitable live music ecosystem.
While my own artistic career has since taken centre stage, I continue to offer consultancy and project management services for artists and arts organisations. This work draws on my experience as both a touring artist and agent, allowing me to support artists holistically—strategically, practically, and ethically.
